Looking back on this one, I think the main thing I would suggest is to vary the timing in the beginning march. Although its a march, a nice rhythm would be nice. Like 1,2 1,2,3 kinda thing... if you know what i mean... Also, I would add some overlap in the bird, even though its dead :)
